Paramount Pictures would be adapting the intriguing story of the 8-year-old Nigerian Chess star, Tanitoluwa Adewunmi. The 8-year-old Tani became the center of attraction after winning the 2019 New York chess championship while living in a homeless center on religious asylum. The 8-year-old, who was only introduced to the game at the age of 6 caught the attention of Paramount pictures after the commissioning of three books on his family by HarperCollins imprint W Publishing. They recently got VC funds from the dragon's den platform to expand their reach to other parts of the UK. A FULLY HALAL outlet was launched last week which would serve a certain kind of customers. WEST AFRICA'S YOUNGEST PHD HOLDER Dr Olaoluwa Hallowed Oluwadara had his PhD at the age of 24 in Mathematics, making him the youngest West African with a doctorate degree. He was born in Bangui, Central African Republic (CAR), and graduated from the University of Lagos, Akoka, as the Best Graduating PhD holder in 2013. He has two first (First Class) degrees and Master's degrees in Mathematics and Physics which were run simultaneously at the University of Bangui, Central African Republic. Olaoluwa Hallowed Oluwadara won the University of Bangui’s All Time Best Student Award from the Department of Mathematics (B.Sc), Best B.Sc Student Award in Physics, 2007 and Best M.Sc Awards in Physics and Mathematics respectively in 2008.
